Terms of Service

These terms govern use of MCAD Web, provided by MET Mechatronics Designed Co., Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Free mode and subscriptions

Free mode is a browser-based evaluation workspace. Features identified as Save, Export, Plot, Publish, or other persistent output may require an active subscription or an administrator entitlement. Available tools and supported formats may change as the product develops.

Your drawings

You retain ownership of drawings and other content you provide. You grant MET only the limited permission needed to process requested operations and deliver the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you open or submit.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass entitlement controls, disrupt the service, access another user's account, upload malicious material, or use MCAD Web in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Engineering responsibility

MCAD Web is an engineering aid, not an independent certification authority. You must review dimensions, geometry, tolerances, manufacturing output, and safety-critical results before relying on them for production or machine operation.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MET disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every CAD entity, or lossless interchange with every third-party format.

Limitation and termination

To the extent permitted by law, MET is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. We may suspend access required to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Personal information is handled under the MCAD Web Privacy Policy. Questions or legal requests may be submitted through the contact channel on the MET website.
